About the event
On the Menu:
First Course: Salmon Tartare with tamarind vinaigrette, avocado mousse, salsa macha, and chicharrones
Second Course: Chorizo-Stuffed Poblano with huitlacoche, nogada sauce, and pomegranate
Third Course: Goat Leg Barbacoa with charred mole verde, sweet potato churro, pickled onion, and jalapeño
Dessert: Chocoflan with strawberry guava compote, horchata whipped cream, and candied tortilla chips
Plus, a special cocktail menu featuring margaritas, a Paloma, and a Mezcal Old Fashioned!
Doors open at 5:30 PM | Dinner at 6 PM
