Our turkeys are organic, free-range Green Circle turkeys. To make your Thanksgiving easier, we’ve already broken them down for you. We believe that different parts of the turkey require different cooking methods to achieve maximum flavor and tenderness. The breasts will be tied, roasted, and ready to carve, while the legs and thighs have been slow-cooked to ensure they’re tender. This approach guarantees moist white meat, perfectly cooked dark meat, and a turkey that will have everyone talking!
