For our turkey orders, we’re using organic, free-range Green Circle turkeys. To make Thanksgiving easier, we’ve done the prep for you: the breasts are tied, roasted, and ready to carve, while the legs and thighs are slow-cooked for maximum tenderness. The result — moist white meat, perfectly cooked dark meat, and a turkey everyone will rave about!
