Third Course
Grilled Hanger steak, smoked mushrooms, charred ramps, malted rutabaga, whole grain mustard jus

     Paired with Can Your Bagpipes do This Scotch Ale


Dark chocolate mochi cake, raspberry caramel, smoked vanilla ice cream

     Paired with Barrel Aged Sleepy Bear w/ Hazelnuts
