Niche began its story ten years ago when the historic post office in picturesque downtown Geneva was transformed into a space to bring the community a new source of culinary enlightenment.

The response to our quest was well received and encouraged the evolving staff to continually strive for perfection. Delving farther into the traditions of the Earth’s diverse cultures, our goal is to balance the exotic with the familiar. Global diversification of ideas and practices introduces guests to a whole new experience each time they dine with us.  An accompaniment to our rotating menu ranging from Small Plates to well orchestrated Entrees is an impressive list of carefully selected beer, wine, and spirits.



Located within a short stroll from the Geneva train station along the bustling 3rd St. shopping corridor, it is easy to understand why we are a must stop destination. Step inside to feel the comforting environment that encompases a cozy bar and spacious yet quaint dining space. Eclectic individuality adorns the walls and is given in every handshake and hello from the learned, dedicated workers here. Family is not just important to us, it is everything to us.  


Niche would not be what is today without our driving force in the kitchen. Platings of awe-inspiring creations arrive at your table and instantly stimulate all of your senses. Focused on stocking only the freshest and conscientiously sourced ingredients, Chef and his team construct delights inspired by the meals found on the tables of households in the farthest regions.



Curating a beverage list that is astonishing to all facets of connoisseurs is not easy, but our team is up to it.  From the finest limestone soils of France to the luscious hand-farmed silt of the Midwest, our meticulously chosen selection can’t be beat. Personal relationships with award-winning breweries, sourcing nearly unattainable whiskey, and stocking coveted wines while offering a consistently updated by the glass selection ensures there is something here for every palate.
