Napa Valley Wine Dinner

5 courses paired with Napa Valley Wine $125 per person

We had the opportunity to try  the vast portfolio of Demeine Estates, and picked some great wines to pair for this dinner. Having an all Napa Valley wine dinner is never a bad thing!  We are thrilled to be pouring one of the all time greats in Heitz Cellar, as well as some really great wines you might be familiar like the Grignolino and Sparkling Rose from Brendel. We hope you can join us and share this great night with us. 

First Course
Foie gras torchon, brioche, elderflower strawberries, pistachio crumble, pickled grapes
Paired with Heitz Cellar, Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon

Second Course
Seared scallop, citrus cream, parmesan churros, butter braised fennel, candied garlic
Paired with Heitz Cellar, Napa Valley, Chardonnay

Third Course
Dry aged Rohan duck breast, creamy white hominy grits, harissa, coriander veal jus, shaved walnuts
Paired with Heitz Cellar, Napa Valley, Grignolino

Fourth Course
Roasted prime beef tenderloin, red kuri squash puree, brown butter, confit pearl onions, red wine redux, smoked cherries
Paired with Burgess, Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert
Banana upside down cake, banana caramel, shortbread crumble, butterscotch ice cream
Paired with Brendel, Napa Valley, Sparkling Rose
