Our Farm

With the help of Farmer Ted, Niche restaurant started a sustainably grown farm this spring.  We have already starting serving produce from The Bull Run Farm, located just miles away from the restaurant, in Elburn.  Look for our locally grown lettuces, radishes, red and golden beets, Tuscan kale, rainbow chard, basil, jalapenos, and Heirloom tomatoes throughout our menu.  We’ll soon be harvesting fennel, eggplant, and bell peppers.
