Kitchen staff

All of the chef’s have been professionally trained at culinary schools throughout the Midwest and have honed their skills after years behind the stove. Working five days a week together, holidays, birthdays and special occasions for all of the years has forged a tight bond that is Niche in itself. Unlike traditional kitchens, much of the creative input for menu ideas come from entire kitchen staff equally, this allows for a truly unique and an ever evolving menu. They rely on their individual talents, knowledge and skills that result in a menu just as unique as all of their personalities.
