Kitchen staff

The chefs pictured above represent decades of culinary experience. Chef’s Chris Ayukawa, Ann Marie Braun, Erich Furstenberg, Nick Spang and Katie Wyer have worked very closely for many years. All of the chef’s have been professionally trained at culinary schools throughout the Midwest and have honed their skills after years behind the stove. Working five days a week together, holidays, birthdays and special occasions for all of the years has forged a tight bond that is Niche in itself. Unlike traditional kitchens, Chef Lycan relies on the creative input of the entire kitchen staff for the design of the constantly evolving kitchen. They rely on their individual talents, knowledge and skills that result in a menu just as unique as all of their personalities.
