Approach to Wines

Niche Restaurant features an all-American wine list, highlighting handcrafted, boutique wineries and emphasizing more food friendly varietals. We believe that wine is a compliment to the meal, designed to accentuate and enhance the meal. Because our dinner menu changes so frequently, our wine list must change regularly to maintain compatability and availability.

We have also designed our menu to be very user friendly, although the servers can assist you with your selection, we want you to feel comfortable making your own selection. Each varietal has a description of its origin and flavor profile, although each winemaker has their own unique style, so you know what to expect. Our goal is make sure you get the right bottle or glass the first time to accompany your meal and optimize your dining experience. Our wine list boasts over 220 wines by the bottle and 20 wines by the glass, all-American and smaller production.

We also understand that our customers like to enjoy wines from their personal cellars, so we encourage our guests to bring in their own wine on Tuesdays and Wednesday to compliment their meal for a corkage fee of $15 per 750 mL bottle.
