Fine dining at Niche is a mix of friendly service and unforgettable food and drink. Chef Serena Perdue skillfully blends her traditional French training with her love of seasonal products from local suppliers as well as from Niche’s own sustainable farm at the Bull Run Estate in Elburn, Illinois.

In addition to its cuisine, Niche Restaurant is recognized nationwide for its all-American wine list, hand-selected by general manager and wine director Vince Balistreri. The bar at Niche is also stocked with Vince’s personal selections of nearly 200 whiskies and a revolving selection of 30 beers from small U.S. producers.
